The company generated 2024 revenues of $3.6 billion. </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Motion Technologies:</strong> (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~ 4,000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets. </li> <li><strong>Industrial Process:</strong> (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~3,400; operates in 30 countries) manufactures engineered fluid process equipment serving a diversified mix of customers in global industries such as chemical, energy, mining, and other industrial process markets and is a provider of plant optimization and efficiency solutions and aftermarket services and parts. </li> <li><strong>Connect and Control Technologies:</strong> (Revenue of $0.8B; headcount of ~ 3,800; operates in 10 countries) manufactures harsh-environment connector solutions, critical energy absorption, flow control components, and composite materials for the aerospace and defense, general industrial, medical, and energy markets.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Position Summary</h2> <p>The resource will be integrated in the SAP CoE team and located in Athens (Greece) as SAP Functional Specialist with responsibility for the FI (Finance) area and CO (Controlling) area.</p> <p>Mission is to maintain, implement and improve the SAP FI and CO Modules for all the ITT sites and all the SAP landscapes active in ITT</p> <p>He/she will be responsible to ensure the ITT ERP system (SAP) effectively supports business processes. </p> <p>The SAP <strong>FICO Functional expert </strong>will provide hands on in defining and executing the day-to-day operational responsibilities in delivery of SAP Financial support (both FI and CO) for ITT’s global enterprise. This will be a transversal role in the organization within the ITT’s Corporate SAP Center of Excellence (CoE), reporting to the SAP CoE Functional Leader.</p> <p>You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the FICO configuration (related to operational activities supporting all the VC but also projects related to the FRC business and special projects supporting the VC), compliance (SOX), and standardization of SAP processes and system configurations across our diverse enterprise.</p> <p>You will be expected to have a deep technical background in the SAP FICO area, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the internal needs of the various internal IT organizations. This individual is expected to be an expert in all the SAP FICO requirements and their respective obligations, guiding the ITT business units and external contractors in the maintenance, improvements and growing of all the ITT SAP systems.</p> <p>For a person to be successful in this role, they will need to be highly driven (“high motor”), able to balance many active priorities, detail oriented, planful, comfortable in searching out and addressing ambiguity, able to consistently deliver results to achieve intended business outcomes, persists with a naturally curious and highly accountable mindset, and approaches situations in a thoughtful and process-oriented manner.  </p> <p>This person will be included in the SAP CoE FICO Functional team</p> <h2>Essential Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Support the SAP FICO operational activities (both in the AMS area + Special projects to support the VC + all the projects under the FRC scope); evaluate needs and provide options/recommendations to address the needs, etc.</li> <li>Advocate for the needs of the end users and IT teams as they aspire to provide a premier level of service for all our business units.</li> <li>Working with our SAP Value Center expert, proactively evaluate and assess each landscape on the FICO area and evaluate / make recommendations to improve Financial and Controlling posture and performance in a proactive manner.</li> <li>Effectively integrate SAP FICO configuration into the business environment to achieve expected business results. </li> <li>Independently
