Applications Sales Representative - Oracle Health & Life Sciences

The Oracle Health and Life Sciences (OHLS) Clinical Specialty Applications Sales Team is growing and is hiring a motivated and high performing Sales Executive. In this position, you will identify, qualify, and close opportunities of OHLS Clinical Specialty application solution’s, supporting technologies, and coordinate all sales activities up to and including contract execution. You will be a strategic partner to our clients, leveraging your deep industry expertise to drive improvements.

Objectives of this role

• Develop and execute territory plans for selling a subset of OHLS products to a large # of named/unnamed accounts or geographical territories
• Cultivate executive and key stakeholder relationships to align OHLS with their business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency and success
• Generate, qualify, and develop leads through the sales process; leading to closure
• Achieve sales quota using a mix of successful sales and marketing tactics
• Cross selling with other OHLS and Oracle teams for a wholistic Oracle picture and team win

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business through telephone and in-person customer meetings
• Use your strategic mindset to develop strategic plans for expanding business opportunities within our current client environments
• Be the trusted advisor that our clients rely on, ensuring their satisfaction while uncovering new opportunities for comprehensive IT solutions
• Develop, grow, and maintain executive level relationships internally and externally 
• Able to learn and understand product solutions and features with excellent verbal and written communication skills

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,800 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
