Restructuring / Corporate Finance Senior Analyst

PROFILE SPECIFICATION

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role, namely as part of a Big4 Consultancy firm, Investment Bank or Private Equity firm
  
• Fluency in English at a proficient level. Previous full-time education taught in English or previous full-time employment in a country of official English language are an advantage
  
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance, Business, Economics or similar)
  
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level)
  
• Interest in the financial services industry and good awareness of the industry
  

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Advanced technical and analytical skills in Corporate Finance and Restructuring
  
• Familiarity with different debt instruments (bonds, loans, senior/junior/mezzanine, secured/unsecured) and capital structures
  
• Ability to recognise opportunities and identify potential restructuring targets
  
• Strong modelling capabilities
  
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Direct support to Associates on ad hoc client related projects
  
• Researching, analysing and following up on potential restructuring targets
  
• Supporting senior bankers’ marketing initiatives to deliver pitch materials to specification
  
• Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison)
  
• Handling day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representatives
  
• Generating client facing presentations and pitch-books, data analysis and financial modelling
