Job Description
Responsibilities of a Part Time Construction Instructor include but are not limited to:
Lecture and Lab instruction for Construction Management, and or Construction Technology courses
Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes
Provide advisement to students
Some program and or curriculum development may be requested
Attend staff meetings and recruitment activities as requested
Required Qualifications:
5 years of Construction Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Construction Management
Knowledge of computer classroom technologies
Knowledge of Canvas or other Learning Management Systems
Experience working with a diverse/multicultural student body and/or workforce
Applications will be considered on an as-needed basis determined by course availability.
Schedule: Construction Management courses are taught at the CSN Summerlin Campus, in-person, online, and are scheduled during the day, and evenings.
Salary: $925.00 per lecture credit hour. Credits will vary by semester.
