Responsibilities include ensuring that the Bingo and Keno Department adheres to Station Casinos’ policies and managing the departments resources in an effective and productive manner. Forecast Bingo and Keno performance and budgets, and compare actual department performance in relation to the projections. Institute promotional ideas and obtain the best pricing for the company. Budget appropriately and safeguard Company expenses. Conduct daily audits on all aspects of Bingo and Keno games. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all job functions, relating to the operations and functions in both Keno and Bingo. Manage, direct, and supervise all management assigned to the Bingo and Keno Departments. Lead the Bngo and Keno teams to achieve property financial objectives. Responsible for best practices and benchmarking to internal and external peers to achieve the best operational performance possible. Conduct monthly financial reviews and to ensure follow up items are addressed.

 

Qualifications:

Three (3) or more years of experience in the Casino industry preferred. Knowledge of regulation 6A requirements, and all gaming procedures relating to the Bingo and Keno Departments. Present ideas effectively in formal and informal situations. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
