The Washington State Attorney General's Office’s Public Lands & Conservation Division (PLC) seeks to fill an Assistant Attorney General position in our Fish, Wildlife and Parks Section in Olympia, which represents the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife and the State Parks and Recreation Commission.


The Public Lands and Conservation Division provides a broad spectrum of client advice, dispute resolution, and litigation services to agency clients. The division represents the Commissioner of Public Lands, the Department of Natural Resources, the Board of Natural Resources, the Forest Practices Board, the Department of Fish and Wildlife, and the State Parks and Recreation Commission.
