Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of specialists in the field of project management, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management to maximize their individual and collective potential.
- Operations Management: Colaborate to create and implement the policies, processes, procedures, tools, and measurements required to operate a best in class professional services organization.
- PMO Leadership: build the tools, processes and procedures to stand up a Project Management office that leverages Critical Chain Project Management to deliver projects on time, on budget and on scope.
- Services Product Management: Drive customer and shareholder value by brining new and compelling Professional Services offers to market.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Implement and utilize appropriate professional services performance tracking tools and systems to monitor organizational performance, provide actionable intelligence to delivery leaders, and provide timely reports to the senior management team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 10-15 years experience in high-tech professional services, with a focus on creating, delivering, and/or operationalizing professional services offers.
- 5+ years of Service Delivery Leadership experience with documented track record of success.
- Cyber Security Knowledge: In-depth and hands-on understanding of cyber security concepts, technologies, and industry trends, including knowledge of various security solutions, email and network infrastructure, and threat landscape.
- Critical Chain Project Management: Familiarity and expertise implementing and leading a project management office that leverages CCPM tools and methodologies is highly deisred.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills to drive individual and team success.
