Job Description

AECOM/Hunt has an opportunity for an experienced MEP Construction Project Manager with experience in large mega-construction projects in Nashville, TN.

• Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. 
• Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. 
• Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement:

• BS Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience in MEP Construction on large construction projects. 

Preferred Requirements: 

• Experience in MEP construction projects on large construction projects in entertainment, hospitality, sports facilities, etc. 
• Mechanical Engineering experience/degree.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
• Experience in managing various subcontractor trades.
• Experience in MEP construction sequencing/scheduling.
• Experience in document control such as change orders, RFP's, etc.
• Offered rate of compensation for Nashville, TN will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $92,869.86 - $171,809.24.
