WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Talent Acquisition Partner

As the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) for Vetsource, you will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing and business objectives and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill requisitions in a timely manner. You’ll be focused on building a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates for hiring managers while providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle from the promotion of roles and sourcing through the offer process, and everything in between. This role navigates between changing responsibilities and priorities as the needs of the Talent team and the needs of the business fluctuate, allowing us to be flexible and scale in times of growth.

This is a full-time remote position, but on-site support may be required from time-to-time at one of our Pharmacy locations. This role is required to be within 50 miles of either Portland, OR or Harrisburg, PA.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Actively manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, including but not limited to accurate requisitions, sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, extending job offers and timely follow through to the fulfillment of the role

  • Develop strong partnerships with leaders and HR Business Partners for assigned business areas, in order to fully understand and support their business and people goals and manage an effective hiring process

  • Provide positive candidate experiences and maintain timely communication throughout the recruitment process

  • Actively manage assigned requisitions and applicant tracking system to ensure requisition and candidate information is correct and current throughout the Talent Acquisition process

  • Develop proactive sourcing plans to ensure strong qualified candidate pools, with energy toward attracting both diverse candidates and providing equal opportunity to internal candidates 

  • Guide hiring leaders throughout the interview and selection process, leading to an effective hire while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and company policy

  • Promote the organization's employer brand through various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking opportunities 

  • Manage actions to support HR goals and KPIs; utilize metrics to make informed recommendations

  • Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends, candidate market comparisons, and best practices to enhance talent acquisition strategies

  • Actively support the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion related initiatives, as appropriate 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process

  • Contribute to talent acquisition and other HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy of the organization; partner with our other HR Centers of Excellence for business success
