The P&W Military APU & Turbojet Program, located in West Palm Beach, Florida has an immediate opening for a dynamic and results-driven strategic Program Integration Manager (PIM) to lead and support key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving process improvements. The APU & Turbojet PIM will be responsible for managing and streamlining the flow of information across the APU & Turbojet Integrated Product Management Team (IPMT). This role involves utilizing a wide range of tools to support business health reporting and leading efforts to enhance process maturity and operational efficiency across the team. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and expertise in fostering collaboration across teams to deliver impactful results. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
What Will You Do
Coordinate and standardize major internal meetings, including RLPM gated reviews, standard work/PMIs, IPMT meetings, and monthly cadence/progress reviews.
Track project progress, analyze and enhance key performance indicators, and present findings to senior leadership.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects aligned with organizational goals
Maintain and improve collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Qlik, and Power BI to enhance team productivity and information sharing.
Prepare for, participate in, and ensure the timely follow-through and closure of action items stemming from CORE maturity assessments and audits.
CORE Champion or Professional to facilitate and/or support engagements aimed at improving core business processes and achieving process maturity objectives.
Identify and implement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance product cost efficiency.
Qualifications You Must Have
BA or BS in Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Business
12 years of Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, or Operations experience or An advanced degree with 10 years of the same experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Must have or be willing to obtain a valid US passport. Domestic and international travel is required to support business needs.
