THE JOB:
As a Facility Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting the stage for an exceptional guest experience through your warm hospitality and outstanding service. Your ability to understand and respond to the unique stories and needs of each guest will allow you to curate memorable experiences, ensuring they leave with WOW memories that last long after their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Execute department strategy consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the company’s short term and long-term profitability objectives
Ensure compliance with all local and federal health, safety, and building codes and maintain accurate record keeping of department activities and documents
Provide input and manage levels of inventory and all purchases for parts, tools, equipment, and machinery to property standards
Responsible for event setup for concerts and special events Ensures all racetrack maintenance facilities are maintained to ensure livestock areas are safe
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Excellent communication skills and be ablet to interact professionally with internal and external customers
Familiar with safety regulations and environmental standards
Maintains high standards of service and responsiveness
