Job Summary

The Projects Analyst (ITD Web Master) will support the revamp of the ITD SharePoint Online site and work collaboratively with the IT Web Team. The Projects Analyst will organize the collection of web content, design and support the team in the administrative tasks on this scope. This provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital content management and collaborative project work within the Fund.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collecting and organizing web content ITD Site (for example CBIT and PMO … etc.).
  • Documenting web content in a centralized and organized manner.
  • Supporting the web team in the creation of visually engaging, user-friendly mockups for SharePoint Online pages.
  • Preparing reports and presentations.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Handling correspondence and communication.
  • Assisting in preparing documents such as briefing papers, and technical reports.

Training Opportunities

  • To learn SharePoint Online functionality via LinkedIn Learning and meetings with the ITD Web Team.
  • To work closely with the IT Web Team to secure necessary approvals for page designs and content.
  • To regularly meet with the ITD Web Team to brainstorm how to improve the current state of the ITD Site.
  • To assist with the ITD Tech Summit (booth management, planning, coordination…)

Minimum Qualifications

Educational development, typically acquired by the completion of a high school diploma, or equivalent, supplemented by a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, is required.

Reporting

This position reports to the Assistant to the Director. Weekly project updates and progress reports are expected with the opportunity for feedback and guidance.

Position Duration and Hours

This position will last for approximately 3 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. Expected commitment is 20 hours per week, with flexibility for academic schedules or other obligations as mutually agreed.
