About The Role:We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio and keen eye for visual design to help drive the evolution of the RetailMeNot experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners and work closely with the product design team, product managers and engineers. You’ll translate stakeholder requests into product goals and clearly articulate how your designs meet user needs, achieve business objectives and navigate technical constraints. With a bias toward action, you’ll partner with teams in a strong culture of collaborative, data-informed product delivery to help millions of people save money and get rewarded when they shop online. You will report to the Lead Product Design Manager on the product team. This is a remote role. Who We’re Looking For:As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be on a mission to enhance the end-to-end experience of our customers while shaping the future of online shopping.

5+ years experience with demonstrated ability to lead the solution of a product area, craft compelling visual experiences and connect that to a broader product vision
A solid understanding of UX principles and best practices for both web and native mobile applications
Knowledge of best practices regarding visual design principles of consistency, color, typography, layout, animation and a keen eye for subtle details
A good grasp of platform-specific UX and UI patterns
Ability to work through undefined projects, gather what's necessary and begin preliminary work
Good communicator with a proactive mindset for sharing work early and often
Proficient in Figma and usertesting.com
Ability to work proficiently in figma, follow team processes, keep a clean file and deliver final designs in a pixel-perfect manner for developer handoff
Take feedback constructively and be able to pivot quickly if necessary
Familiar with creating and maintaining corporate design systems, how to use them appropriately and the ability to push beyond when necessary

Agency or relevant experience working on multiple products, extending design systems and branding across all touch points
