Growth & Operations

We’re looking for someone to help drive growth and operations across the business. In this role, you’ll own growth data/analytics, execute growth play books, develop new strategies, and help build Leland’s growth engine. What you’ll be doing:

• Lead data and analytics for the Growth team, developing metrics to drive success across the team.

• Own growth channels and metrics and drive tangible results for the business.

• Relentlessly execute and do what is needed to win.

• Build and scale growth playbooks and become a world class expert over your areas of ownership.

• Test, innovate, and try new things to help Leland constantly improve at growth efforts.

• Partner closely with a talented team of operators (from BCG, Bain & Company, Uber, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive real growth across channels.

• Use data to prioritize initiatives and continuously optimize performance.

Your skills & experience:

• 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment including Strategy & Ops, Consulting, Marketing/Growth, Private Equity, or other relevant experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and statistics to drive decisions.

• Demonstrated ability to own and scale initiatives in dynamic, high-growth environments.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing key stakeholders.

• A hands-on, scrappy mindset with a passion for diving deep into details while driving high-level strategy.
