In this role, you'll also be responsible for:

• Persuading senior business management to change structures, roles, ways of working.
• Gauging workflow and implementing change where needed to manage the efficiency of a multi-layered department and influence team leaders.
• Reporting on a regular cadence with peers and executive leadership
• Reviewing scope of work and conducting regular touchpoints where needed to make necessary adjustments in the interest of the business needs.
• Conceptual or theoretical activities related to any of various sciences, such as geology, geography, geophysics and geomorphology, that are concerned with the structure, age, and other aspects of the earth.
• Developing research programs on the basis of a year. Gives input to business programs of an encompassing part of a function or a business unit and to midterm plan.
• Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
• Supporting sales project. Develops technical solutions which fit the needs of a client. Sales process require combining proven technologies and existing solutions.
• Sharing knowledge acquired in concrete projects.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or related Discipline; or have equivalent relevant experience in the industry.
• Have proven experience managing others.
• Have proven experience within and outside the organization.
• Have the ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
