Learning & Performance Coordinator, Safety and Customer Cares

The Learning & Performance Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and empathetic training experience by collaborating closely with all facets of the Safety and Customer Cares (SCC) team and assisting fellow members of the Learning & Performance team. This position reports directly to the Learning & Performance Program Manager. We are seeking an ideal candidate who is exceptionally detail-oriented, well-organized, process-driven, and enthusiastic about the completion of daily administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage logistics for both on-site and virtual training sessions for our Safety and Customer Cares organization.
• Collaborate closely with the Workforce Management team to schedule training sessions efficiently.
• Manage and oversee the functions of our Learning Management System, including generating completion reports and ensuring successful completion rates.
• Maintain and update rosters and user information within our Learning Management System.
• Execute various administrative tasks, including responding to internal training requests.
• Review learning solutions and assist in necessary edits for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a coordinator or administrative role, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and adapting quickly.
• Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to work independently and follow up in a timely manner.
• Comfortable working as a supportive team member, contributing behind the scenes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative solution development.
• Familiarity with Google Suite tools for document creation and collaboration.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, facilitating relationship-building and collaborative teamwork.
• Self-motivated and committed to achieving excellence.
• Proficiency in Jira is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum and sprint planning is a plus but not mandatory.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule following the establishment of a Lyft office in Nashville — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

The expected range of pay for this position in the Nashville area is $24.80 - $29.17 per hour.  Comp ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
