Customer Service Sales Representative

Who will you be working with?

Our team ensures customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with customers and using problem solving skills to resolve product issues.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for:

• Enter data for sales orders and quotations to customers.
• Receive, calculate costs and submit quotations to customers within two – five (2-5) business days of receipt.
• Work closely with procurement, manufacturing and engineering to ensure accurate costing of material. Organize quotation files with all relevant information (correspondence, valid quotations, etc.).
• Provide quotation and order confirmation to customer in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct necessary follow up to customer quotations with emphasis on large value quotations.
• Ensure quotations and sales orders are entered into ERP system accurately (customer, delivery address, sales price, quantity, product classification, delivery date, etc.).
• Enter and maintain quotation and sales order data and report to Customer Service Manager.
• Provide positive customer relations and support.
• Support outside sales team as needed for pricing, delivery, availability, expediting, etc.
• Supply CS Quotation KPI Report.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Possess general understanding of market conditions (market price, competition, etc.).
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
• Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform a variety of complicated tasks.
• Language Skills: English

What will your typical day look like?

Office environment, will involve some exposure to cold and hot temperatures, humidity, dust, vapors, fumes, vibration and other loud noises from plant. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
