CEE/Poland Customer Service Specialist

Operating in over 120 countries worldwide, we work closely with the students, teachers, institutions and educational authorities that use our products and materials.</p> <p>Today we publish ELT and school curriculum materials in print, digital and online formats to suit learning environments around the world, and we support teachers by offering the training they need to deliver the best experience to their students.</p> <p> </p> <p>With a number of new interesting projects opening up, we are currently looking for candidates to take the position of CEE/POLAND CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST.</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Managing customer orders from order receipt to shipment of product including entering, validating, and releasing orders in the system. </li> <li>Analysis and resolving customer order discrepancies to prepare orders for downstream fulfilment activities. </li> <li>On-going cooperation with the warehouse team to supervise the fulfilment and shipping process. </li> <li>Communicating the CEE Sales Team on the execution of orders and providing them with SAP reports agreed with the CEE Sales Director. </li> <li>Monitoring the correctness of prices, ISBN and other commercial data in SAP. </li> <li>Error reporting and submitting problem solutions to the team responsible for the maintenance and development of the ERP system.  </li> <li>Taking stock and issuing adequate goods receipts documents. </li> <li>Running the annual inventory of the main warehouse stock and posting respective documents in ERP.  </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Experience, skills and qualifications</p> <ul> <li>fluency in English (B2+ level),</li> <li>at least 2 years’ experience on a similar position preferably within publishing, books distribution or similar industry,</li> <li>working knowledge of SAP or equivalent IT procurement &amp; logistics system.</li> <li>excellent communication skills,</li> <li>analytical skills. </li> <li>good working knowledge of excel. </li> <li>ability to work under time pressure. </li> </ul>
