We are seeking a Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join the team, this role will report into our Engineering Manager.</em></p> <p> </p> <p>As the successful candidate, you will: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist the Engineering Manager/Lead Mechanical Engineer with the delivery of project requirements. </p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare engineering calculations such as hydraulic calculations (including slurry calculations), piping stress analysis, line sizing, pump selection, tank sizing and conveyor calculations. </p> </li> <li> <p>Manage and prepare mechanical equipment lists. </p> </li> <li> <p>Perform system analyses, establish user requirements, analyze system functional and performance requirements, define design criteria, and establish system layouts and designs. </p> </li> <li> <p>Lead preparation and/or review of project standard specifications and design criteria. </p> </li> <li> <p>Lead preparation of technical specifications packages and perform technical bid evaluations for procurement of mechanical equipment. </p> </li> <li> <p>Lead preparation of piping deliverables including Piping &amp; Instrumentation Diagrams (P&amp;IDs), piping material specifications, system layouts and designs, pipe support standard, and piping lists/MTOs. </p> </li> <li> <p>Work with and manage equipment vendors to develop designs to ensure project requirements are met. </p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare and contribute to technical reports and trade-off studies. </p> </li> <li> <p>Provide input to engineering, operating and capital cost estimates. </p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare or provide input to 3D models and 2D mechanical/piping drawings. </p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in and contribute to design reviews. </p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with technical queries raised during the construction phase and commissioning of systems. </p> </li> </ul> <p>  </p> <p>  </p> <p>You bring to the role: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 plus years post graduate experience. </p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated design and engineering experience in mining, metals, minerals processing or heavy industry environment. </p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent attitude towards safety. </p> </li> <li> <p>Good communication and interpersonal skills. </p> </li> <li> <p>Good planning and organizational skills. </p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to function with minimal supervision. </p> </li> <li> <p>Working knowledge of industry standards, regulations and codes pertinent to the mechanical engineering discipline. </p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to function as a member of a multidisciplinary team and coordinate mechanical activities between disciplines. </p> </li> <li> <p>Sound knowledge of 3D data centric design systems. </p> </li> <li> <p>Sound knowledge of engineering management systems. </p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with Mechanical software -eg. AFT Fathom, Sidewinder. </p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in the use of procedures and workflows in the execution of projects. </p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent in Polish and English</p> </li> </ul> <p>  </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Why join us?</p> <ul> <li>Work with <a href="https://bit.ly/36124ja" target="_blank">great people</a> to make a difference</li> <li>Collaborate on exciting <a href="http://bit.ly/H
