Software Installer & Software Solutions Analyst

This role would provide user training, software installations, software configuration, and support of products sold and/or supported by Kardex.

Your tasks

• Core Responsibilities include:
• Install, train and support software systems that control Kardex Remstar ASRS and related products.
• Travel in the US, Canada, Mexico, and other countries as required.
• Position requires regular overnight travel.
• The ability to stand for extended amounts of time
• Act as a loyal representative of the company, showing high confidence in the company and the company's products.
• Report activity regularly on standard forms (i.e. work orders, weekly time sheets and expense reports). This includes the submittal of all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Maintain a detailed record of service visits including technical problems and resolution to correct these problems.
• Maintain all company property including tools, cell phones and computers in a safe and productive manner.
• Keep informed regarding all operating characteristics, design factors and technical performance of storage and retrieval products.
• Maintain a high degree of professional knowledge and safety consciousness.
• Attend training courses/seminars recommended by management.
• Willing to accept duties and responsibilities as required by management.
