Fabletics is currently looking for a Regional Director - Midwest, for our Fabletics Retail Stores. 

 

Preferred Location: Remote in Chicago 

Must be okay with 80% traveling in the Midwest  

 

How Do You Fit In?  
 
We are looking for a strong, result driven Regional Director of Retail to act as the key link between headquarters and assigned district stores. You will support stores to stay up to date with company policies, build high performing teams, and deliver positive results, to ensure focus on increasing sales and driving a consistent best in class in store experience.  

The right candidate is self-motivated, driven, strategic, comfortable with ambiguity, a team player, and most importantly ready to join a tight knit team who are actively working together to Reimagine Retail and achieve aggressive goals, and meet timelines to drive the business forward.   
 
This position will report to the SVP, Retail. 
 
What you will do: 

  • Embody our culture and values through a high degree of self-accountability acting as a model for all team members both internally or externally.  

  • Forecast talent needs in the region and proactively attract, hire, onboard, and train store managers.  

  • Travel extensively (80%+) to each of the locations within the assigned region to perform store visits along with regular monthly/quarterly RD+ meetings. 

  • Drive Customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment ranging from store events & promotions to community projects. 

  • Fully and consistently execute the company’s plans & initiatives across all retail stores under your responsibility. Directing the daily activities of Store Management in alignment with company goals 

  • Manage and guide teams to ensure that all visual merchandising and brand guidelines are embodied within our stores. 

  • Work with cross-functional teams such as Operations (Training, Technology), Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Marketing to provide timely and responsible outcomes to needs and requests 

  • Manage P&L across all locations to ensure financial stewardship and positive EBITDA results 

  • Actively participate to provide and nourish feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business 

  • Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.   

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, meet/exceed goals and objectives/ 

  • Reviews store financial components, analyzing Key Performance Indicators (sales, traffic, etc.) for trends, opportunities, and deficiencies and coaches as appropriate. Determines the optimum use of payroll and resources to maximize store contribution and financial results 

 

People manager responsibilities: 

   

  • Provide strong leadership to the team, guiding them towards achieving organizational goals.  

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning, training, and growth opportunities.  

  • Ability to navigate and lead teams through changes in the organizational structure, policies, and procedures.  

  • Experience in resolving conflicts and addressing team and individual employee challenges successfully.   

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment for all team members, onsite and remote. 

 

What you can bring: 

  • 3+ years of previous multi-unit District/Region Management experience in retail environment 

  • A strong knowledge of retail Operations, Merchandising and Human resources. 

  • The proven ability to motivate and develop employees at all levels 

  • Strong coaching, supervisory, prioritization and time management skills
