For another department 😱 <br/>Your mission, if you accept it, will be to be the sparring design partner of our "Adore" team (yes, we have weird team names), led by <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/niklashatje/" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">Niklas</a>, that's in charge of most features of the platform. You'll be joining a small team of 3 designers, directed by <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/jesperbylund/" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">Jesper</a>, our Head of Design 🎨</p><p></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Lead the design work of your product team while collaborating closely with other teams and designers to ensure consistency and quality across the platform.</li> <li>Work alone and reach out for support when needed: Autonomously solve problems in the product and design space, making sure your team can deliver to it’s KPIs using your research, design and insight as a stable starting point.</li> <li>Master the feedback loop: You will be instrumental in gathering feedback and making sure it’s useful to your product team and n8n. </li> <li>Create insight from smart research: Learning deeply from our users through qualitative methods of user research such as usability testing and user interviews.</li> <li>Safeguard the big picture of the product.
