About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who has a proven track record of successfully driving new product features from the ideation phase to customer adoption. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and launching product features that align with our overall product strategy and take ownership of one of our core value propositions. This is an impactful role as we move upmarket and become a multi-product company disrupting the $80B waste management industry. About Us
Our cloud based platforms empower companies to disrupt an outdated $2 Trillion Dollar Industry. We have proven product market fit in one of the largest vertical SAAS markets. We are looking for founding team members who enjoy being a part of an early stage company and an early stage engineering team. Our tech stack is: Node.js, Typescript, PostgreSQL. Our foundational team is filled with experienced, self-starters who value the ability to learn and collaborate above all else. Requirements
What you will do
- Own the roadmap and feature delivery for one of our core value propositions
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Support the definition and prioritization of features and requirements for the product based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Contribute to the development of product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Help monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, and use data to make informed decisions about product improvements and new feature development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, and gather feedback on the product to inform future development efforts.
- Help manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
What You Will Need
- 5-8+ years of experience with at least three years in product management, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to maintain focus, and make decisions without perfect information.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity, desire to dive deep, and willingness to learn
- Experience in a vertical SAAS company is a strong plus.
