Full Time Cook

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Chef/Cook for our senior care community in Lincoln.
Pay: Starting at $16.17+ per hour based upon experience

Requirements for Chef/Cook:
• High school or equivalent preferred
• Two years of hotel or restaurant line cooking preferred
Responsibilities for Chef/Cook:
• Prepares food in various styles of cooking to include: ala cart, quantity foods including all mechanically and therapeutically altered physician ordered food items.
• Works within the compliancy of HACCP cooking procedures, with a strong emphasis on infection control.
• Responsible for cleaning all equipment used per the equipment cleaning procedures.
• Perform all opening or closing procedures and secure all areas of the culinary operation.
