Lead AI product strategy and delivery for Digital Clinical Development, acting as a strategic product leader who bridges business objectives with technical execution. Drive end-to-end product ownership from vision to value delivery, leveraging AI and data analytics to transform drug development processes. Products are high-impact and measurable, aiming to reduce clinical development cycle-time, reduce development risk, and reduce costs.

Main Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leadership across Digital Data Science, Translational Medicine, Development teams, and Clinical Operations to drive product adoption
Value Delivery: Define, track, and optimize product metrics and business outcomes, ensuring measurable impact each sprint
Product Ownership: Manage product backlog prioritization and serve as primary decision-maker for product features and requirements
Technical Leadership: Guide AI product development from pre-clinical through real-world evidence integration
Project Management: Lead cross-functional delivery teams through agile methodologies, ensuring on-time delivery of product increments
About You
Requirements
Experience
7+ years in product management or complex digital solution development
3+ years in product or software-oriented roles building AI/data products
Healthcare/biotech experience with clinical datasets preferred
Skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication: ability to elicit, analyze, and synthesize requirements from diverse stakeholders across multiple organizational levels, translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa, manage conflicting priorities and negotiating trade-offs
Strong business analysis and problem solving: ability to gather requirements and create user stories and process flows, analyze gaps and develop future state maps, perform root cause analysis and develop hypotheses, develop business cases and analyze ROI, drive data-based decision making
Demonstrated ability to think and influence strategically: ability to connect projects and products to organizational goals and impact, drive change management and adoption of technical solutions, challenge assumptions and provide objective recommendations, and build trust with key stakeholders
Proficiency in AI technologies, clinical development applications, and agile/lean methodologies
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, system integration and data flows, SQL or other data querying capabilities, and UX/UI principles and user centered design thinking
Education
Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
Strong preference for candidates with both scientific and business/technical backgrounds
