Compensation
• $2,500 Sign on Bonus*

1st Shift Schedule
• This position is for 1st shift.
• Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM
• Overtime available on a business need basis.
What You Will Do
• You will perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly
• You will perform inspection in accordance with requirements of qualified operator program (QOP).
• You will accurately read blueprints.
• You will demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.
• You will accurately read and follow procedures, routing, and other work instructions.
• You will take ownership of the accuracy of processes and understand the impact of nonconforming work.
• You will demonstrate proper use of mechanical measuring devices.
• You will perform mechanical rework.
• You will demonstrate proper use of electrical measuring devices.
• You will perform unique assembly processes.
• You will effectively work in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities.
• You will focus on safety and quality is extremely important.
• You must be highly motivated and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
• You will build parts that meet drawing specifications.
• You will comply with applicable elements of quality systems (ACE).
• You will meet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by the team.
• You will work successfully in a team environment.
• You will acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certification as required.
• You will comply with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.
• You will handle multiple tasks
Qualifications You Must Have
• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
