What you’ll achieve

The Senior Financial Fraud Prevention will have the responsibility to support Dell’s Security and Resiliency Organization (SRO) and the Finance organization of Dell to ensure financial processes have security and resiliency built in.  You will bring an energy and passion for enabling the business and helping your Dell peers in the business to build security into their business management systems, bringing to the executive leadership key risk indicators and other security data so that they can make smart risk decisions informed by the security professionals in our Security and Resiliency Organization (SRO).

You will:

• Support the Finance organization of Dell Technologies responsible for all financial operations of the company with financial fraud and general awareness, navigation, and integration with broader larger security and resiliency programs
• Collaborate with the Finance Business Unit Security Officer (BUSO) team by providing financial fraud prevention functional expertise to answer simple, standard, fraud questions and serve as the team’s liaison to the larger SRO Global Investigations and Insider Risk program leaders
• Use your knowledge of Business Email Compromise (BEC), phishing, social engineering, ransomware attacks, data exfiltration, and other modern threats to harden financial processes
• Work with the Finance executive leadership team by serving as a Security and Resiliency Business Partner to one or more senior executive (s) and their direct reports
• Support partnership and enablement activities with financial service partners and providers, and more to help Dell raise the bar on fraud prevention and security in our suppliers ecosystem

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in a security, fraud prevention and/or risk management role within a financial service, banking, investment or similarly regulated institution; must have deep knowledge of financial systems, processes and regulations
• Proficiency using fraud prevention tools and software
• Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to effectively document and present financial prevention strategies, recommendations and requirements to a range of global stakeholders and executives
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-energy and fast-paced environment with competing and constantly shifting priorities
• Familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools

Desirable Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management information systems or related field
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS), (ISC)² CISSP or other related certifications
