Coordinates online content marketing programs/plans to create, maintain and deliver multimedia and web content on internal and external social networking platforms/community sites.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Keeping up to date with current multimedia trends, best practices, and design tools.
• Assisting in the analysis of target audiences to maximize audience engagement.
• Coordinating editorial/content staff in the interface and interactive multimedia design, online text writing/editing, and content updates according to plans.
• Maintaining the archiving of multimedia content, as well as any reports and recommendations.

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

• 6 years - Production and/or design production management experience required.
• 1 year - Experience with database and project & traffic management software programs
• 2 years - Management and/or leadership experience required

Skills\Certifications

• Strong knowledge of printing and production processes and postal requirements
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and numerous personnel simultaneously
• Strong aptitude with Windows- and Mac-based systems
• Understanding of offset and digital print processes
