Position Overview: Wayfinders Senior Consultant

  • As a Wayfinders Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering complex consulting projects. You will use your knowledge of technology and business to work directly with clients, own an individual project workstream, generate concise and actionable deliverables, collaborate with your team to solve problems, and assist colleagues to drive positive impact.
  • Given that Wayfinders is a newly established division of Fujitsu, you'll also have entrepreneurial opportunities to contribute to practice building and assist in shaping our business offerings and consulting approaches.

At Wayfinders, Senior Consultants are responsible for: 

  • Working with Managers to deliver project insights anchored on the potential of next generation technology. 
  • Using AI to develop work products that increase personal and team productivity. 
  • Providing end-to-end ownership of workstreams within a broader project: scheduling required meetings, authoring analyses, building relationships with working-level clients, and fostering a culture of inclusiveness.
  • Collaborating across the broader Fujitsu organization to bring the best of technology to clients, including interactions with Fujitsu’s research, systems design / development and applications teams, to inform tool choices and drive delivery.
  • Engaging working-level clients regarding project deliverables, business strategy, and technology.
  • Participating in collaborative problem solving sessions that incorporate diverse team and client perspectives to get to the most impactful answer. 
  • Developing their technical and business expertise, project delivery skills, and client relationship aptitude.
  • Building industry and technology expertise through practical hands-on experience.

 

Skills & Knowledge: 

  • Data analysis to spot trends and derive insights from client data.
  • Research acumen to dig into clients’ proprietary data and online market information on competitors and industries.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities, to craft clear and compelling slides, documents, and other deliverables.
  • Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, comfortable with ambiguity and innovation. 
  • Adaptability, with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities and excel in a wide range of industries and functions.
  • Strong internal drive to do whatever it takes to drive projects to successful completion.
