Review journal entries needed for the full review and reporting of the company’s financial performance.

• Assist the CAO with the day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations of the accounting department.
• Assist with budget process as needed.
• Review account analysis and account reconciliations on General Ledger accounts
• Review accruals and recurring entries initiated by 3rd Party or Accounting Staff
• Assist CAO with creating and distributing financial statements.
• Review and analyze utility spreadsheets for the company that have been prepared by 3rd Party or Accounting Staff.
• Review prepaid analysis and review expense allocations.
• Review all month-end WPs and ensure each balance sheet account has been reconciled or has underlying support.
• Analyze all revenue and expense coding to ensure compliance.
• Manage cash distributions and reserves as directed.
• Analyze expense management of various property locations to identify inefficiencies.
• Assist CAO and DOA in creating spreadsheets and additional reporting mechanisms for distributions.
• Communicate with on-site staff and third-party vendors and partners as needed.
• Ensuring the successful execution of all company operations policies and procedures. 
• Delivering the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive, and professional interactions.
