Project Manager

This role is part of the PM / Production organization and provides execution structure, communication discipline, and coordination across teams.</p> <p>This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.&nbsp;</p> <h4><strong>WHAT WE DO</strong></h4> <ul> <li>We partner with team leads, directors, and subject matter experts across IT and Security.</li> <li>We deliver end-to-end project execution for both internal team projects and cross-departmental efforts.</li> <li>We ensure project requirements are understood across departments, that feasibility is established, and alignment is maintained through delivery.</li> <li>Build collaborative processes with development teams that promote honest, transparent, and frequent communication. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <h4><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Assist with project planning and execution by collaborating with leadership or subject matter experts on project requirements.</li> <li>Handle cross-departmental coordination throughout each project’s life cycle.</li> <li>Proactively identify and manage risks through escalation and communication.</li> <li>Identify other teams within Rockstar with necessary technical knowledge and responsibilities to cultivate relationships in order to drive a project forward.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.</li> <li>Proven experience with 3+ years in project management, preferably in the IT or Security domain.</li> <li>Strong understanding of IT / Security principles, technologies, and methodologies.</li> <li>Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.</li> <li>Proficiency in project management tools and software.</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li> <li>An intrinsic sense of ownership, initiative, and drive.</li> <li>Proficie
