General Summary:

The Technical Internal Trainer I is responsible for training incoming colleagues and those advancing in their roles on key technical functionality and making sure they are given advanced technical training on the ConnectWise software suite. This individual works cross-functionally to ensure teams receive necessary training to set the foundation for colleagues to be successful at ConnectWise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • May influence others within the Services & Support team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices
  • Develops and updates training on all ConnectWise solutions
  • Produces and maintains colleague onboarding material
  • Creates detailed training for ConnectWise products for Support Teams and educating new hires
  • Maintains and creates applicable certifications for colleagues and departments
  • Develops ongoing training for all colleagues on solutions as well as job functions
  • Creates virtual training that can be leveraged and dispersed among colleagues
  • Stays up to date on new in-person and virtual training techniques, styles, and methodologies

  • Works independently on projects and processes with general supervision
  • Possesses a practical knowledge of effective training methods typically obtained through advanced education and/or work experience
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per ConnectWise requirements
  • Strong product knowledge of at least one ConnectWise solution
  • Knowledge of IT, Professional Services, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) markets 

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • ·Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent business experience
  • 2+ years of related experience

 Working Conditions:

  • Remote or Hybrid depending on location

  • travel may be required
