What You’ll Do

  • Work on global platform for payment processing as a Software Engineer.

  • Design and development, perform code reviews, co-working with QA team on test automation, and rollout of new features

  • Contribute to the vision, understand our product roadmap, integrate business value with experience and contribute to building an engineering culture within the team

  • Deliver high quality software and to be passionate about software engineering

  • Be responsible to develop easy to support software and liaise with our SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) team to factor in their requirements

Skills You’ll Need

  • Extensive working experience in Java technologies with bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related areas

  • In depth knowledge of core Java, Spring and Spring Boot; Strong Knowledge of SOAP and REST Web Services

  • Hands-on knowledge of Kafka/IBM MQ messaging; Knowledge in a scripting language such as Linux

  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS/Angular, HTML, CSS, Oracle database, Structured Query Language (SQL) and Operational Risk Management (ORM) Technologies and Proficient understanding of software development concepts (A good understanding of Cloud concepts is a plus)

  • Experience with modern continuous integration/continuous deployment or development (CI/CD) tools - Git, JIRA, Artifactory, Jenkins/TeamCity, Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift, helm. Experience using TDD and behavior driven development or design (BDD) practices

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $100,000 to $142,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
