Caregiver 12hr AM shifts

Location: La Jolla
Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time available
Compensation: $20-$23

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and provide companionship support. The ideal candidate will help clients maintain their independence while ensuring their physical and emotional well-being in a supportive and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs:
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Companionship:
• Engaging in meaningful conversations
• Providing emotional support and encouragement
• Accompanying clients on walks, errands, or appointments
• Participating in recreational activities (games, reading, etc.)
• Household Support:
• Light housekeeping (e.g., laundry, tidying up)
• Medication reminders
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access

• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Certifications that are preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED 
• Active Home Care Aide status (Unsure? We can show you how!)
• Proof of Negative TB results
