This is a high-visibility role with direct access to the CEO and C-Level, where your work shapes company strategy in a tangible way. You operate with broad freedom to define how the M&A function develops, set priorities, and move deals forward — supported by strong executive sponsorship without being micromanaged. You will also bring Numa's AI strategy into the M&A context: assessing targets through the lens of tech and data maturity and modelling AI-enabled synergies. </p> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>M&A Strategy & Pipeline</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop target criteria, investment logic, and strategic rationale in close partnership with the VP.</li> <li>Build and manage a proprietary deal pipeline: map markets, identify candidates, maintain a live long-list, drive early-stage outreach.</li> <li>Design KPI-enabled screening frameworks to prioritise targets by strategic fit, unit economics, and technology/data maturity - ideally enabled by AI.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Deal Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Independently lead individual deal processes from outreach through signing – term sheet, DD, negotiation, and closing.</li> <li>Own commerc
