For anyone who needs to vibe in their professional life, we are the best place for you to work and grow.</p><p></p><p>The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's new Digital hub for strategic IT projects.</p><p></p><p>CONTEXT/ROLE</p><p></p><p>For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program (Feature Teams organization), we are seeking talented and ambitious professionals to join our team based primarily in Paris and Bucharest. The SMARTer program is compound of 240 people focusing on technology and product management.</p><p></p><p>We are fully embracing Cloud Native capabilities and best practices and operating as a multi-tribe Product team to better serve our customers (Clients, Merchants and Users) and our Edenred employees. We are leveraging Agility at scale principles and are leading the change in establishing “FinTech Product” ways of working for Edenred.</p><p></p><p>Our platform is operating in Azure and is developed in .NET for the backend and in Flutter and Angular for the frontend. We also have a dedicated team for data and analytics, a UX research and Design team and a team dedicated to our CRM (Salesforce).</p><p></p><p>OUR QA TEAM</p><p></p><p>Our Testing &amp; QA team is critical to ensure the reliability and performance of our products, while minimizing the toil for our engineering teams. Its mission is to be the quality advocate of our products and services, and to continuously improve our processes and tools to deliver value to our customers. We have invested very early in Automation capabilities; we are driving very intentionally efficiency with an end-to-end mindset within our teams.</p><p>We want our Testing &amp; QA community to focus on <b>4 pillars:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><b>Promote a “shift left” mindset for quality</b>, ensuring the testing strategy is fully embedded in the Product delivery lifecycle, bringing an upfront focus on edge cases and accepting criteria, fostering the “3 amigos” approach.</li><li><b>Design and implement robust End to End testing/QA strategies</b>, to acknowledge the transversality and interdependency within our ecosystem, maximize our product reliability while enabling a high frequency release management.</li><li><b>Embrace our data driven culture by promoting full transparency on testing KPIs</b>, including functional coverage, automation and execution metrics.</li><li><b>Establish a strong QA Community of Practice</b> to ensure best practices and ways of working also reach our internal and external partners and contribute to elevate the Quality culture within Edenred.</li></ul><p></p><p>Our QA team work closely with the Engineering, Data and Product teams to ensure that our products meet the high standards of quality and performance that our customers expect.</p><p></p><p>Our testing stack is composed of Jira X-Ray to document and execute test scenarios. For automation, we build our framework based on Selenium, Appium and RestAssured. It is packaged to be used in Xray or via an IDE to script scenarios with a low code approach.</p><p></p><p>The QA community is very active on Smarter program with monthly meetings and dedicated days to share best practices, learn together and have fun.</p><p></p><p>YOUR ROLE</p><p></p><p><u>As a Senior QA Engineer</u>, based in Bucharest, you will be a key player in driving quality across your designated perimeter.
