You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction, which includes: 1) Administer professional training schedules for agency employees;2)Design educational curriculum materials for training participants; AND 3) Manage program project timelines and resources for participating students. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
