Our brands are iconic household names such as Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm and CoolSculpting. Our team is bi-coastal and operates out of Irvine, CA and New York, NY, role will be Irvine-based.

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Commercial Investments Sr. Analyst to bolster the analytical rigor around A-DL’s commercial investments as the team continues to expand in size and scope. This role will directly partner with the A-DL team to drive efficient P&L management of over $500M+ in annual spending as well as $1B in allowances. The role is highly cross-functional and requires excellent communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, data-driven, and collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain the “P&L” view for A-DL, estimating the revenue contribution and aggregating spends across a portfolio-wide division of the company that does not map cleanly to traditional brand P&Ls
• Design and conduct analyses to estimate the revenue contribution of current and potential A-DL projects; contribute to business cases to support funding critical initiatives
• Build and maintain a bottom-up forecast of projects funded within each A-DL team. Partner closely with the Finance organization to support financial planning processes including forecasts (LBEs), Annual Plan, and financial LRP
• Provide A-DL leadership with rigorous and accurate reporting of their expense spending as well as pacing to budgets. Proactively identify opportunities to spend more efficiently, enabling leaders to invest in the highest value projects.
• Develop a deep understanding of Alle, Allergan Aesthetics’ consumer loyalty program, and actively identify ways to maximize our $300M+annual investment in the program. Work closely with the Technology and Marketing teams to evaluate innovative consumer offers.     

YOU BRING:

• 5+ years of work experience and strong analytical skills, including Excel
• Strong financial acumen and strategic judgment
• Candidate should be a self-starter, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be willing to learn new concepts
• High degree of intellectual curiosity, passion for problem solving, and a willingness to challenge the status quo
