Providence is calling an Accounting Analyst who will:

  • Be responsible for developing standard accounting policies and procedures to support and maintain an efficient internal control.
  • Perform and review daily/weekly/monthly accounting tasks such as Journal entries, accounts reconciliation, financial reports, variance analysis, etc.
  • Be the point of contact on mid-year and year end audit, prepare audit PBC list, answer audit questions.
  • Maintain business relationship with regional finance partners, resolve the issues in a timely manner.
  • Take initiatives, coach and mentor Accenture teams, oversee their performance.

  • Work Week: Monday - Friday
  • Work Shift: Day
  • This position is a remote role and requires for you to be located within a daily commutable distance of our office location listed below:
    • Washington: Renton

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years of analytical/problem solving and project management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in patient registration/financial counseling, revenue management

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management or Health Care Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in admissions, patient billing, revenue cycle or utilization review functions

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
