Laurel Plant - Engineering Services Manager

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Engineering Services Manager at our Laurel Plant is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all plant equipment, utility systems, and infrastructure. This strategic leadership role drives reliability, continuous improvement, and maintenance excellence in a regulated process manufacturing environment. The role also includes oversight of associate development, cost control, and quality systems.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance & Reliability

• Ensure reliable operation of all process equipment, utility systems, buildings, and infrastructure.
• Lead implementation of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
• Manage maintenance work order and planning systems to minimize downtime and track costs.
• Collaborate on multi-year capital and maintenance project planning and execution.
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with Management of Change procedures and maintain relevant documentation.

Safety, Environment & Regulatory Compliance

• Implement procedures and policies for employee and job safety.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements including OSHA PSM, EPA, and RMP.
