This position provides senior-level administrative and technical support to the Customized Training Solutions (CTS) division of PTCC, the department Dean, Customized Training Representatives (CTRs), and Instructors, for the development and delivery of instructional and consulting products and services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluently communicate, read, understand, and respond to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer service skills (phone, in-person, public presentations) sufficient to interpret and explain program information to customers, clients, and coworkers, such as policy, procedures, eligibility requirements, application details, and payment methods.
- Advanced word processing and data entry skills sufficient to compile, sort, verify data accuracy, locate/correct data entry errors and create and track reports.
- Experience with procurement, budget management, vendor relations and business office practices
- Database management knowledge sufficient to compile, research, and analyze information from electronic databases.
- Math skills sufficient to assist students, instructors, and other stakeholders with course and tuition questions.
- Ability to use general office equipment.
Preferred Qualification
- Associate Degree in business, accounting, or a related field, and/or relevant and recent work experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience within a project management setting.
- Ability to write and edit using Publisher, InDesign, Graphic Arts Experience.
- Ability to work in an independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build a collaborative working relationship within all College departments.
- Knowledge and understanding of MnSCU policies and procedures, Customized Training and Continuing Education process, and student registration.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently maintain course scheduling, scheduling of meetings/events for CTS and requests from the outside of the College.

In accordance with the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities (Minnesota State) Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to Minnesota State's vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.

Please Note
Range of Pay: $21.90 - $29.65 per hour; pay within this range dependent on education and work experience and internal equity.
