Overview

The KYC Team sets, maintains, and governs the minimum operational Standards for key processes utilized by KYC Ops which directly impact client due diligence, and co-ordinates the implementation of any changes to those Standards. The Team of 30 is managed from London and Frankfurt, with a Global footprint in Singapore, India, Birmingham, and Jacksonville.

In this role you will be responsible for 1) working with key stakeholders to assess and understand all KYC and Sanctions Policy requirements and 2) translating them into the minimum standards which can be implemented by KYC Ops. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will address queries, support policy-driven change initiatives, and produce guidance documents.

You will be critical in ensuring that Client due diligence performed by KYC Ops is compliant with KYC and Sanctions Policy and law.

What You’ll Do

• Work with AFC and Sanctions Policy teams to understand policy change drivers, and translate these into operational language which can be implemented by KYC Ops

• Provide subject matter expertise on Policy/KOS topics, including on policy-driven change initiatives

• Provision of Know Your Client (KYC) and Sanctions Policy advisory support to KYC Operations’ production staff and Business, on a real time basis

• Ensure complex KOS requirements are properly documented, ensuring language is simple and unambiguous and minimizing likelihood of misinterpretation

• Work with local Anti-Finical Crime (AFC) to ensure that local policy requirements are implemented; and

• Act as subject matter expert in responses to audit and regulators

Skills You’ll Need

• Deep expertise of KYC and Sanctions Policies, focused on US Regulations but also other key locations in the region including Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Cayman Islands

• Experience in end to end Policy change management: analyzing changes, assessing operational impact, working with Transformation and Technology teams to ensure effective implementation in process and systems

• High level of proficiency in English language; and

• Willingness to embrace new Technology and innovative solutions (including AI/LLMs, databases), including translating policy rules into system rules and parameters to future-proof management of Policy change and provision of end user support

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is 78,000 to 111,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
