Salary:                $116,938.00/year
Hours:                Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Summary of Duties:
Monitor interfaces and critical programs in production systems for errors, performance and any other abnormalities. Provide support for assigned applications modules and related integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve problems reported by users of these modules and applications. Investigate issues reported by system users. Develop fixes for issues and make changes to programs to resolve issues. Investigate setup or configuration changes required to support business processes. Develop test scripts and test programs according to business requirements. Work with business users to test programs in Development and Test environments. Write technical documentation. Work with DBA, System Administration teams to migrate programs to Test and Production Environments. Participate in the validation process.

Qualifications:    
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, IT/IS, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics, or related field of study and five (5) years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, IT/IS, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics, or related field of study and five (5) years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained, employer will also accept a Master’s degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, IT/IS, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics, or related field of study and two (2) years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Must also have demonstrated experience with: Microsoft SQL Server; Relational databases; ReactJS; AngularJS; Agile Methodology; JQuery; Javascript; Python; XML; C#; ASP.NET; Design and programming techniques that provide security; SDLC; and Version and revision control practices and procedures.
