The base location for this role will be remote from home, however this person will frequently be asked to travel to clinics and hospitals in the Phoenix market primarily and occasionally to Tucson. Timing is not consistent, but needs to be flexible on the in person days/times. Hours are generally 8-5 but do have some flexibility depending on stakeholder/physician availability. In this position a majority of your time is spent in virtual teams meetings with stakeholders, physicians and team members to support new projects or initiatives,  physician recruitment,  marketing and business development discussions, clinic and hospital growth and quality. This position requires your ability to work throughout the Banner System horizontally.  You will engage with all of our joint venture partners and is a system role so you will be involved in discussions and communications with leaders in all Banner facilities across all regions. You will need excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to bring various teams across the organization together to support the system strategy. As the ideal candidate you would benefit from a strong background in  GI Digestive and General Surgery  with experience and knowledge of clinic operations and hospital settings.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting the Service Line Executive in the implementation of the service line strategy and delivery/service model for Banner Health's designated Service Line across the entire delivery system. The position, as directed by the Service Line Executive, implements initiatives to grow volume, add new programs, add and/or expand partnerships, improve the financial performance of the service line, assist to improve the operational and quality components (in collaboration with clinical and operational leadership); support compliance with state and federal regulations and support procedures, policies and standards to ensure consistent application and effectiveness. Influences strategic growth, quality and cost of care at the program level, consistent with the service line strategic plan. Actively integrates service line programs/initiatives in partnership with program staff, depending on the service line, hospital, program and/or function. Designs and deploys new programs, products and services in partnership with local operations and at the direction of the Service Line Executive. This position works with local operations to support prioritized system-wide programs, policies and procedures are followed consistent with the service line strategic plan. Those standard policies and procedures may cover a wide range of activities, such as staffing/scheduling, onboarding/training, patient referrals/intake, marketing, etc. Responsible to support improvement in financial performance for the service line and influence the operational resour
