Claims Administrator - Field Operations

We are seeking a talented administrative professional to support our growing Field Operations group. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting claims teams, be highly motivated and organized, work effectively across a geographically-distributed organization, be capable of promoting the company’s cultural values and a natural at managing time and expectations. 

What you’d be doing: 

Providing support to the Field Operations group, to include: 

• Manage the Field Team billing process 
• Maintain effective documentation sharing between Field Operations group and vendors  
• Facilitate and coordinate meetings between Field Operations and vendors  
• Collaborate with the Director, Field Services to develop and maintain accurate reporting 
• With excellent accuracy, maintain and populate our internal database 
• Within authority, pay Field Operations invoices  

Beyond the support for Complex Claims, you’d also: 

• Support Senior Leadership with adhoc data and reporting request  
• Process Subrogation recoveries  
• If located within a SageSure office, manage incoming Claims Department mail   

We’re looking for someone who has: 

• 2+ years of experience as an admin supporting a Claims Department 
• The ability to multitask and maintain an eye for detail 
• A forward thinker who proactively proposes creative solutions 
• An excellent verbal and written communicator  
• A natural and positive team player who excels at building and maintaining relationships 

Highly preferred candidates also have: 

• Experience supporting teams that handle property insurance claims   
• Significant Claims Management System experience
