 Regional Director of Operations – Northern Ohio

We are currently seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities in Northern Ohio. This position is ideal for an experienced leader who understands the complexities of skilled nursing operations and is passionate about driving performance, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational leadership and oversight to multiple skilled nursing facilities within the assigned region.
   
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
   
• Collaborate with facility administrators and interdisciplinary teams to achieve financial, clinical, and operational goals.
   
• Drive census development, quality improvement initiatives, and employee engagement strategies.
   
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans for improvement as needed.
   
• Support the recruitment, development, and retention of key facility leadership staff.
   
• Act as a liaison between the corporate office and facility teams, ensuring alignment with overall company mission and goals.
   

Qualifications:

• Current, active NHA license required.
   
• Minimum of 3–5 years of multi-site operations management experience in the skilled nursing or long-term care industry.
   
• Proven success in census growth, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
   
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
   
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
