THE OPPORTUNITY
Wavicle Data Solutions is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a passion for sports to assist with client needs in Dallas, TX.

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales & Commercial teams, and Marketing to understand their needs and translate them into clear, concise, and comprehensive IT requirements.
• Work closely with IT developers and engineers to design and implement technology solutions that meet business requirements.
• Contribute to the development of user stories, use cases, and other documentation to support system development.
• Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet defined standards.
• Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT and other departments involved in loose letters production.
• Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify trends and opportunities for leveraging technology to improve business processes. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on IT systems and solutions.
• Strong understanding of the sports industry and major North American leagues (NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, MLS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Must be local to Dallas, TX and open to working 2 days a week at client location.
