Role Definition:

We are hiring for the position Senior Vice President to build a team of data and analytics experts that will deliver a modernized forecasting and advanced analytics model for the enterprise for workforce planning. The purpose of the role is to use Citi’s data assets to analyze information and create actionable intelligence for our business leaders.  Your team will build data solutions and visualization to measure the success of key business initiatives, drive for accurate forecasting, scenario planning and budget variance, and support the organization’s business goals related to efficiency or driving revenue through their workforce or technology implementations. You will also be responsible for engaging on emerging business needs in a responsive manner, helping to guide, support, and mentor partners while providing optimized solutions to address business problems.
