Your new career is waiting!! AdvisaCare Home Health and Hospice, is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable Hospice *Certified Nursing Assistants*. The right candidate will provide personal care services to our Hospice clients serviced by our Tucson AZ location servicing the surrounding areas. This role will allow the candidate to build meaningful relationships and foster a healing environment within the home care setting.

** Hospice Experience Preferred**

**This Position is Per Diem with the possibility of full time for the right candidate*

Requirements

• Sate of Arizona Certified Nursing assistant (current)
• High school graduate or GED
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation( ability to travel within the Advisacare service area)
• Position requires travel across AdvisaCare service area
• 6 Months of Hospice CNA experience or equivalent
• Excellent communication, prioritization & organizational skills
• Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment including medical & recreational marijuana
