Development Rotational Professional

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Development Rotational Professional. This role will report directly to the AVP, Talent Development.The Early Talent Development Program is a 24-month experiential learning program providing new college graduates with a unique opportunity to rotate through different departments/disciplines within a function (or through multiple functions), gain a deeper, more holistic view of the function/organization while solving complex business challenges. This experiential (hands on) program provides early talent professionals with a panoramic view of the function equipping them to contribute at a higher level in their future roles within the business as a key contributor or leader.

 

 

ROTATIONAL DETAILS:

• Rotations for Sales include:   Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Inside Sales and Field Sales (parts of the rotation may take place in different cities of the United States, short-term living and travel assistance will be provided). 
• Rotations for Marketing may include Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, Channel Marketing, Brand and Design, and Brand Campaigns.  
• Rotations for Finance may include: Business Intelligence, Financial Analyst, Finance Shared Services, Accounting, and Business Analytics.
• Rotations for Human Resources may include Compensation, Shared Services, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, Employee Relations
• Rotations for Operations may include: Supply Chain, Quality, Lean Manufacturing, EH&S, and Engineering (Manufacturing, Productivity, Industrial)

 

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• BA/BS degree in related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

 

 

WHAT WE PREFER

• Previous professional work (or internship) in Customer Service/Sales
